Thorough, Reasonable, Respectful
I was initially concerned about calling for A/C repair for our home's unit. There are quite of few companies that service the Lytle, Natalia, & Devine area. All the names looked the same with the exception of "Golden Rule."
I was wonderfully surprised. They came out the same day I called. The service provided was excellent. They were thorough, reasonable & most of all respectful. I recommend this place to anyone who asks. I will keep coming back to Golden Rule.

Superb Utility Savings

Impeccable Integrity
David Ehlinger is an air conditioning and heating expert. He really knows his stuff, and he takes the time to explain to me how my system is operating, in language I understand. But more important than that, David has impeccable integrity and honesty. On two occasions I have had other service companies diagnose problems with our system and give us an expensive estimate for needed repairs. Then I called David for a second opinion to find out that the problem wasn't that bad after all, and not nearly as expensive. From now on I only call Golden Rule for all my heating and air conditioning service needs.
